Refund policy

At Veloir Perfumes, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

Exchange Conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Exchanges are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

How to Request an Exchange:
Contact us at veloirperfumesofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange within 15 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
