Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear pictures or video proof.
